The BC Muslim Association, Board of Religious Services hereby announces that we have received no reports of the crescent moon being sighted anywhere in the world on the eve of the 29th of Ramadan. Accordingly, the month of Ramadan will complete 30 days and Sunday, May 24, 2020 will be the 1st of Shawwal (Eid al Fitr). A reminder that there will be no Eid Salah taking place at any BCMA masjid/centre.

The BC Muslim Association will be broadcasting the Eid khutbah live at 9:30 AM on Sunday, May 24, 2020. You are encouraged to perform salah as a family and then tune in. The Khutbah can be viewed on our Facebook page as well as channel 876 on the Telus Optik TV network.
We pray that Allah accept our worship we performed during the month of Ramadan and give us many happy returns of the blessed day of Eid. Eid Mubarak
